Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the

Representative Eastman objected and withdrew the objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, CSHB 279(CRA) was adopted.

    Insert "The member from the unorganized borough must                                                                    
maintain a principal place of abode and be registered to vote in a                                                          
precinct in the unorganized borough."

Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, Amendment

    Insert ". A member may not be employed by or contract with a                                                            
municipality. A member who becomes employed by or contracts

a member. In this section, "contract with" means entering into a                                                            
contract in which a municipality pays the member for goods or
